Please note that the security of our subscribers’ information is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, if you and your spouse have more than one Heritage Plan, the settings on our website allow you to view all of your Heritage Plans only if you are listed as a subscriber on each of these Plans.
Example:
- Subscriber A is listed as a subscriber on Plans X and Z
- Subscriber B (a spouse of Subscriber A) is listed as a joint Subscriber on Plan X only
Subscriber A will be able to view both Plans X and Z. Subscriber B will be able to view Plan X only.
